GTA Online Solo still uses the character that uses this tier system, and if it were allowed - You'd simply have people going into solo online, give themselves 500 levels and $500,000,000, carry it over into non-solo and it would still fall under the same category of 'It's solo so it's okay'.Įdit: Basically if you want to mod but still enjoy GTA:Online - Just mod single player and remove the files before hopping Online. You start at level 1, work your way up to progress through the game/unlock things and keep it worth playing. This is because of the same reason that anyone who played on the console could tell that mods in online weren't going to happen for PC (Atleast not like SA:MP).
They say you won't get in trouble for single player but what they mean by that is story mode. Solo play on GTA Online is still using Rockstars cloud server.
